1. Artwork must be delivered to the gallery on date given in show prospectus from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.

2. All submissions must have been formally previewed and accepted by the curator.

3. No substitutions or walk-ins will be accepted.

4. Any previously accepted artwork may be omitted from the show at Take-In.

5. Print your Entry Tags to affix to the work. 

6. Art pieces may be omitted if the piece:

• Is substantively different “in person” than previewed by the curator team or lacks professional framing
  
• Has unfinished canvas edges
  
• Is unsafe to display
  

7. All artwork will be inspected upon delivery for overall condition. Any issues or damages will be documented and initialed by the artist.

8. Artists will sign inventory or entry form for art accepted by GAC for art show.

9. Submissions by delivery services must be coordinated with the curator.

Artwork must be picked up on date listed on show prospectus between 9:00 and 11:00 am., unless other arrangements are made with the Curator.
