The Gresham Art Committee receives commissions on all sales in the amount of 20% of the sale price. Purchased items will be labeled “sold” but must remain on display until the end of the show. All exhibits must include a sales price or, on rare occasions, a NFS designation.  

Gresham Art Committee and City of Gresham will not be responsible for any artwork not picked up by scheduled take down date. Additionally, if the work is not picked up 30 days after the scheduled pick-up date the art shall become property of the City of Gresham.
