• The City of Gresham will be responsible for artwork while it is on display in the gallery. Claims for loss or damage will be investigated and may be adjusted by the City’s Risk Manager and City’s Insurance Carrier. The artist will be reimbursed for the reasonable value of the artwork or repair of damages. In no event will the city pay damages in excess of the value declared by the artist on the exhibit inventory form.
  
• It is important to inspect all artwork before leaving the gallery on pick-up day to register any possible issues or damages.
