• The curator must receive a professional looking digital image in JPEG format by the online gallery deadline. YOU MUST EMAIL THEM, YOU CAN NOT UPLOAD FROM THE SUBMIT FORM!

• Each image must be labeled  as follows:  Artist last name, first name, enrty # (01, 02, 03 or 04), title of art piece. 
• Example: SmithJane01Tropica 
• If you don't know how to label each image, send each image separately and use above format for the Subject Line.  One image per email with above Subject Line.

• JPEG format should be in the range of 800 to 1200 pixels with medium compression.

  
  

• JPEG email format should not exceed 2 megabytes, anything over 2MB may not be accepted.

• Artist must initial the Entry Form providing permission to use digital images of accepted work.
